PPT - Adding Slide Notes

For presentations, slide notes can be extremely beneficial. In Slideshow mode, these remarks are not visible on the screen, but the presenter can see them so that they can properly prepare to present the slides. You can print the slide notes along with the slides, depending on your Print options.

Let’s look at how to add slide notes to a presentation that has already been created.

Step1: Set the display to Normal mode in order to find the slide notes.

Step 2: "Click to add notes" indicates the Slide Notes area.

Step 3: To make it easier to text, click on the top border and drag the part to enlarge it.

Step 4: In this part, type your text as slide notes.

In the Slide Notes area, you can only use bullets, numbering, and alignment functions. All other functions can be chosen, but only on the selected slide, not on the notes.

Slide notes can be printed using the Backstage view's print menu. Select Notes Pages or 3 Slides from the Print Layout menu. The Notes Pages feature will print a single slide with the slide notes underneath it. The 3 Slides will print all three slides on the right side, with notes.
